We use some of the latest computerised engraving technology,
which
enables us to provide a high quality, efficient engraving service.The main machine we have installed is called the 'Mastergrave Universal Computerised Engraver' It is described by the manufacturer as 'the ultimate in computer controlled engraving technology' – and we have certainly found this to be the case.
It
is controlled by a standard desktop PC, along with a dedicated engraving
control unit which drives the actual engraving mechanism. Installation of this equipment has been a sound investment for Cromer Trophies & Engraving, as it enables us to ensure a swift turnaround on our customers' work. Also, being based on a standard PC gives us the ability to reproduce almost anything that's required - from matching your chosen font to accurately reproducing your club or company badge or crest.
We
also have an older style pantograph engraving machine, on which we engrave
most of the annual cups & trophies which come in each year. In addition
to this we have a machine for engraving on the inside of rings – a
service which is hard to find & which highlights our commitment to being
the leading engravers in the area.We can provide a wide range of trophies, promotional items and awards complete with engraving (see the catalogue link on the left) and are also happy to engrave customer’s own items, including glass. We have engraved items as diverse as a yard of ale, a trombone and a ceremonial spade, not to mention countless thousands of lighters, bracelets, pens, watch backs etc.
